From Biomass to Renewable Energy
Each facility leverages ABC’s patented pyrolysis technology to transform biomass into renewable diesel and other valuable outputs. The process includes:
Biomass Intake
Sustainable feedstocks like certified tree thinnings and agricultural residues are prepped for processing.
Thermal Conversion
Feedstocks undergo fast pyrolysis to produce vapors, biochar, and gases.
Diesel Refinement
Vapors are cooled and refined into ASTM-certified renewable diesel.
Byproduct Management
Biochar and gases are collected for sale or internal use, ensuring zero waste.

Strategic Placement for Maximum Efficiency
ABC’s first production facility will likely be located in South Georgia or Northern Florida, utilizing local sustainable forestry resources and equipped with rail access for efficient distribution. Future facilities are planned across regions with abundant feedstock availability, including the Southeastern United States and other strategic locations globally.

Production facility converters are fabricated, assembled and pre-tested prior to departing ABC headquarters, then safely moved in modular pieces to facilitate quick and efficient startups.
Feedstock Sourcing and Preparation

ABC’s 16-18 million gallon per year facility will consumer 600 tons/day of wood, prepped down to sawdust for feeding the converter.
